Hello everyone! I am Fan Yang from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), currently engaged in research at the intersection of cybersecurity and machine learning under the guidance of Dr. Shi. I completed my master’s degree under the guidance of Dr. Fang at the University of Florida, where I worked on Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS). During my time at UF, I also served as a teaching assistant for courses on multimodal machine learning and medical imaging.
My current research focuses on leveraging large language models (LLMs) and deep learning techniques to tackle challenges in cybersecurity, particularly in abnormal network traffic detection and malware identification.
